Instructions for authors
IEEE-HOLM invites researchers and engineers from all related disciplines to submit research papers. All submissions are peer reviewed based on IEEE guidelines and recommendations. Once the Conference has been held, papers will be sent to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library only if all three of the following requirements are satisfied: submit all correct publication materials (including upload of final paper and transfer of copyright to IEEE), pay full regular registration and present the work at the conference.
English is the working language of the Conference. Papers are limited to maximum 8 pages. No additional pages will be accepted. Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference written paper format. The author must submit the final version of the manuscript(s) and sign online the “IEEE Copyright Form” before the final submission deadline. This process is done through the SoftConf Submission Portal
. IEEE is very strict about the compliance requirements for PDF files for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. We strongly recommend using IEEE PDF eXpress® site to check your final version of the paper.
IEEE provides a set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX formats. We strongly recommend you use this set of templates provided by IEEE. Please use them to create your paper, but don't modify the style nor the format under any circumstances. IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all template text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission to the conference.

The Conference will be using the CrossCheck automated screening system to help verify originality of papers. Submitted works may be compared to over 20 million articles in databases worldwide. Papers that violate IEEE's publication principles may be summarily rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.
